Trucking Along Special Delivery Card

Some friends and I had a lovely afternoon of stamping a couple of weeks ago. We made the cutest cards using the Trucking Along Bundle. This is the sweetest truck that may be stamped, punched out, or both. It’s very versatile with flowers, trees, or packages for you to add to the bed of the truck. When I designed this card, I paired it with Basic White, Boho Blue, Crushed Curry, and a hint of vellum.

I usually create fun or fancy folds, not this card…I kept it simple. The most difficlut part of making this card was lining up the truck stamps :-). Boho Blue was a perfect choice for the truck color and the DSP. I love the new In-Colors! Boho Blue is a soft medium blue with a hint of gray undertone. It pairs well with so many colors. All of the latest In-Colors are fantastic! I think the entire group are among my favorite colors. If you like this card or would like an instructional tutorial, please leave a comment.

Sympathy Cards

Sympathy Card Inked & Tiled Meets Countryside Corners

Sympathy cards are not the type of card I enjoy making. Lately though, it seems like I’ve been creating alot of them. I made this card using Mary Fish’s Stampin’ Pretty Sketchbook sketch #21 as my muse. I wanted the colors in the card to coordinate, so I chose Lost Lagoon and Pool Party to give this card a soft blended look. I stamped the Lost Lagoon card base and Pool Party die cut layer with Lost Lagoon ink. The sentiment was stamped with Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Lastly I embellished the card using Lost Lagoon Tinsel Gems and a White Glitter Organdy Ribbon knot bow.

Love at First Stamp Project Cutting Dimensions:

  • Lost Lagoon Card Stock:

    • Sentiment Layer – cut approximately 1 1/2″ x 3″, die cut with desired die
  • Pool Party Card Stock:
    • Cut one piece – 3″ x 5″, use embossing folder of your choice
    • Cut 2nd piece – to fit die of choice (cut mine with 1 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ Countryside Corners die) Crop using die and a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.
