Majestic Fun Fold Sympathy Card

Hi Everyone,

I have been so busy in my craft room. Unfortunately, I have been making the type of cards I really dislike having to make…sympathy cards. Just this past week and a half, I’ve had to create three. This particular card is cased from a U-tube video I saw by Susan Campfield. It’s called a majestic fun fold card. I don’t know why it’s called that, but it’s really fun to make. I only had the base card cutting and scoring dimension, so I punted for the DSP and embossed parts of the card. I think it turned out rather well. I hope you like it.

I used thick Basic White Cardstock for the base, I wanted the card to be super sturdy. Pebbled path, Basis White, and retired Sale-a-bration Softly Stippled DSP. I embosed the Basic White using the Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder. I love this embosing folder, the flowers are beautiful. And…sneak peak, this embossing folder is being carried over to the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog.

The tag on the front of the card is from Thoughtful Expressions Dies set, #162821. The sentiment is part of the retired peaceful monents stamp set. The flower on the tag and the back of the card is from the Thoughtful Expressions Cling Stamp Set, #162815. The sentiment on the back of the card is from the So Sincere Cling Stamp Set, #162283. I colored in the flower stamp using light Old Olive and light Calypso Coral blender pens.

I’ll post my net sympathy card tomorrow. I hope you enjoy this card. It was easy and fun to create. Happy Stamping! Donna 🙂
