Hi Everyone! I can’t believe it’s been three weeks since I’ve posted. I have been busy on the blog making some upgrades. I added a page for a card gallery and one for tutorials. I am working on a rewards page. Hopefully it will be unveiled soon.
Today’s card is the cascading gatefold card I promised a few weeks ago. This card was made using the retired Flower & Field DSP, the stamp set and punches are current.

This card is a bit complicated to make, but the end result is worth the work. I used retired DSP to use up some of my old stock. I used the Label Me Lovely and the new Lasting Label SU punches to stamp my sentiments on. Speaking of sentiment stamps. You have got to get the SU Peaceful Moments cling stamp set! I absolutely adore this set! It is so versitile and I love, love the fonts used in the set. The video tutorial on I watched to make my previously posted card was a bit confusing and the finished card was a whopping 5″ x 7″. I wanted a card that would fit into a standard SU medium envelope, so I created by own template with the measurements I desired. Yay, my test template was successful and this card is the end result. I ultimately made a tutorial and template for this card so you too can make it too! The pdf tutorial with template will be in my tutorials page on my blog.
